What we collect

• Your name and email, when you subscribe, apply, reserve, or write to us.
• Application and brief details you choose to share.
• Payment confirmations — processed by our providers; we do not see or store your full card details.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

To deliver the letters and memberships you join, to hold your place at a residency, to answer your correspondence, to take payment, and to keep the house running well. We do not sell your data, and we do not trade in it.

Who processes it

We use trusted providers to operate: Stripe for payments, Beehiiv for the newsletter and membership, and standard email and hosting services. Each processes your data only to provide their service to us, under their own safeguards.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to concierge@hinabiprive.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Keeping & cookies

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, or as the law requires. The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to understand how the site is used.

Beyond basic analytics, the site uses Google’s advertising features, including Google Signals. When a visitor is signed in to a Google account with Ads Personalisation on, Google Analytics may associate the visit with that account, allowing aggregated demographic and interest data to be reported and audiences to be built for advertising, including across devices. You can turn this off through Google Ads Settings, review or delete activity via Google My Activity, or opt out of Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
