Refunds &
Cancellation
We want you to feel the house was worth entering. This is how refunds and cancellations work across what we offer. To request either, write to concierge@hinabiprive.com from the email on your account.
Memberships — The HAUS & Global Residencies
You may cancel a membership at any time, effective at the end of your current monthly period; your access continues until then and you are not billed again. Because memberships give immediate access to digital content and community, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Where local consumer law grants a statutory right to cancel a new subscription — such as the 14-day cooling-off right in the UK and EU — it applies. By beginning to read the letters or entering the members’ rooms within that period, you acknowledge that digital access has started and that this right ends once access has been used. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Residencies — The ARCS
Each ARC opens by waitlist, and admission is by selection. Applying to the waitlist is free and carries no charge. Should you be offered and accept a place, the £2,888 ticket is taken to reserve it. The ticket covers your place at the ARC only — the three days, the programme, and the gathering; accommodation, room upgrades, flights, and other arrangements are separate, and are priced and confirmed with Concierge before you commit to them.
Once a ticket is issued, cancellation terms are tiered:
- More than 60 days before the ARC: the ticket is refundable in full, or transferable to another ARC within twelve months.
- Between 60 and 30 days: the ticket may be transferred to another guest or held as credit; it is not refundable in cash.
- Fewer than 30 days: the ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable, as the room has been committed on your behalf.
Accommodation, travel, and upgrades arranged with Concierge carry their own terms, set out at the time they are arranged. If Hinabi Privé cancels an ARC outright, you may choose a full refund of everything paid, or a credit toward a future one. Travel you arrange independently is your own; we recommend suitable insurance.
Force majeure
Where a residency cannot proceed for reasons beyond reasonable control, we will offer a credit or a rescheduled place, and will act fairly and in good faith to make it right.
Patronage
Patronage is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out any cancellation terms for that arrangement.
